• Please note that the quotation is based on the provided details and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Any amendment or changes to the itinerary within 14 days of departure date is subject to admin service fee and surcharge.
• Cancellation 30 days before departure day, the company will forfeit 100% of the tour fare.
• Customer shall purchase own travel insurance.
• Customer is responsible to have a valid 6 months travel documents.
• Visa fees or any service charge is borne by the customers. This will include but not limited to visa fees/tourism tax/city tax/hot spring tax/porterage fees etc.
• In the event of visa application rejected the company will refund the customer the fare price after deducting admin fee/service fees. If the customer faced deportation up on arrival at Japan Immigration, no refunds or compensation shall be given.
• All rate is based on Market Currency Fluctuation & subject to change without prior notice.
• Program changes are sometime necessary, depending on arrival/departure flight time/ weather and local tour guide arrangement. The company shall not be held liable and no compensation will be given.
• We hold no responsibilities for any loss, injury or damages sustained by the passenger's.
